Our Mission
OD Free Marin’s mission is to reverse the epidemic of drug overdoses in Marin County, working in collaboration with the community at large and innovating across sectors.
Our Operating Model
OD Free Marin functions as a collaborative effort led by the Marin County Department of Health & Human Services, Public Health Division. Our structure includes three Action Teams and an Advisory Committee, composed of community members and HHS staff who co-design and implement public health strategies. A Leadership Team—consisting of both Active Collaborative Members and HHS representatives—guides and supports the ongoing work of the Action Teams and Advisory Committee.
